We aim to ship all orders within 5-7 days of receiving. If a shipping delay exists we will notify you as soon as possible. Our shipping days are Monday - Friday.
Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEX, or DHL. Shipping is $6.50 for USA & Canada orders and $12.50 for the rest of the world.
Catholic Connect provides refunds only for defective products purchased directly from our website: catholicconnect.shop. If you purchased one of our products from a retailer, you must return the product to the retailer (not to us) subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer’s refund policy. Catholic Connect has the sole and exclusive right to determine if a product is defective. If a product is deemed by Catholic Connect to be defective, Catholic Connect will refund the purchase price to the credit card on file. If the product was purchased with a gift card, Catholic Connect will issue a Catholic Connect gift card in the amount of the purchase price . Minor damage to packaging is not considered "defective."
How long do I have to request a refund?
You have fourteen (30) days from the date your product is bought to request a refund. After that, Catholic Connect will not process a refund request.
How do I request a refund?
Please call customer service in the U.S. at 1 (281) 624-6768 for assistance. Please have your order number and the credit card or gift card you used to make your purchase handy.
How is my refund credited?
All refunds will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the product. When returning a gift, you'll receive your refund on a Catholic Connect gift card.
Items Returned by Mail: If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days of our receipt of your return. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you paid with a gift card, we'll send you a Catholic Connect Gift Card by electronic email.
Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
