This Our Lady of Lourdes Kids Sweatshirt is made of ultra-soft, preshrunk fleece that feels wonderful against the skin. The garment is 50% cotton 50% polyester with reduced lint buildup. This makes an excellent combination for printing. The front has a kangaroo pocket big enough for both hands. The neck is reinforced with twill taping.
Our Lady of Lourdes is a Roman Catholic title of the Blessed Virgin Mary venerated in honour of the Marian apparitions that reportedly occurred in 1858 in the vicinity of Lourdes in France.
According to the visions of Saint Bernadette Soubirous, the Virgin Mary made eighteen appearances to her. The first on 11 February 1858, and the final one on 16 July 1858.
