This St. Vincent Ferrer Unisex Hoodie is relaxation itself. The material is a thick blend of cotton and polyester. This makes for a plush, soft feel alongside warmth. It's also a great surface for printing. There are no side seams. A spacious kangaroo pocket hangs in front. The hood's drawstring is the same color as the base sweater.
St. Vincent Ferrer, born at Valencia, Spain, in 1350, was one of the greatest preachers of the fifteenth century. His parents died when he was young, and his brother brought him to the Dominican College at Palma.
As a religious he taught theology at Valencia from 1374 to 1389; then became prior at Barcelona. In 1399 he was appointed by Pope Benedict XIII to preach a crusade against the Moors, who had invaded Sardinia and Sicily. In 1401 he began a mission in Calabria, where his labors were very successful. He preached also in Lombardy and France; and everywhere his success was equally great. He returned to Valencia in 1419, where he died on April 5th. He is called the "Angel of Judgement," because of the great number of conversions that took place under his ministry.
